School is back in session which means getting dinner on the table is a bit more work. That’s why for this week’s menu I’ve chosen easy sheet pan meals.
Sheet Pan Meals
Getting back into the school routine can be exhausting. Once you add in practices and homework there’s no energy left for making dinner.
Sheet pan meals are an easy way to make a healthy dinner for your family. All you do is throw your ingredients onto your sheet pan and place them in the oven to cook. This frees up your time to do other things like help kids with homework or put away the laundry.
You’ll want to use a large sheet pan so you’ll have room for all your ingredients. I have an aluminized steel pan with the corrugated bottom that I love. The wavy bottom helps with air circulation for more even baking.
