It is starting to actually feel like Fall around here so I’ve got Chili on the menu this week! See what else made it on to this week’s meal plan.
I love the changing of the seasons but I think Fall might be my favorite. It’s just such a cozy season. I always look forward to the crisp air and warm cozy meals. To celebrate the first week of Fall I’ve got chili on the menu this week. We usually make our chili into Frito Pies by adding corn chips and shredded cheddar.
But wait, you might be thinking, “I thought you were following Portion Fix, you can’t eat chips & cheese.” Oh yes I can. Nothing is really off limits on Portion Fix. Heck, if you follow the creator Autumn Calabrese on social you’ll see she just celebrated her birthday with cake & wine.
It’s all about the portions and enjoying treats in moderation. Portion Fix is not a diet but a way of healthy eating for life.
