Vacation Meal Planning
Yes, you read that correctly, I’m planning my meals for vacation. We’ve rented a cabin with a few friends and their families for a long-weekend up in Oklahoma.
Since we’re staying at a house and not a resort we will be cooking most of our meals during the trip. Instead of wasting time on our vacation worrying about what we’re going to eat I’m planning ahead.
Meal planning for vacation is pretty much the same as meal planning when you’re home. You’ll want to take into account any activities and plan around them accordingly. You’ll also want to confirm what cooking supplies & appliances will be available for you. For example, the cabin we are staying in has a grill so I planned some dinners that can be cooked on the grill. I’ll probably still bring my NutriBullet to blend up my smoothies.
