This week’s menu is made up of quick & easy healthy meals. Less time in the kitchen, more time by the pool.
For Father’s Day my husband requested that I cook Mongolian Beef in the pressure cooker, or what we refer to as “the meat with the good gravy”. It’s delicious and so easy. Bonus- my son loves it too!
