Portion Fix Meal Planning
When I first started the Portion Fix eating plan it was so overwhelming to me. Once Timed Nutrition came along with 80 Day Obsession it became a little bit easier. Timed Nutrition pairs the containers up for you which is helpful.
Since I like to plan by recipe I put together a number of different resources (Meal Templates, Meal Options by Container Combo) to make meal planning with the containers even easier. Check them out in my resource library.
As hard as Portion Fix meal planning can be in the beginning, the longer you do it the more it becomes second nature. You’ll find yourself automatically thinking about meals in terms of the containers.
Even while I was following the Real Food Recharge I would think about what containers each meal would fall under.
All that to say, if you’re just starting with the Portion Fix eating plan and feel a bit overwhelmed, it does get easier.
This week’s menu is made up of some of my family’s favorite meals that fit into Portion Fix.
