This week I’m dialing in my nutrition as I complete the 9 Week Control Freak fitness program. I’ve chosen meals that include foods from the upper part of the food list and will be avoiding the foods that cause me to bloat. Check out what is on this week’s menu.
Dialing It In
This week I will complete 9 Week Control Freak! It has been such a fun & different program. I saw great results early on but to be honest I haven’t been very focused on my nutrition. There’s a little layer of fluff over those muscles I’ve been building.
So in order to really see the results of all my hard work I’m dialing in my nutrition this week. I’m eliminating foods that cause me bloat and eating from the top of the food list.
How do I know what causes bloat in my body? Because I’ve done an Elimination Diet. It was very helpful in identifying my food sensitivities and which foods cause bloating in my body. Plus, the recipes are delicious!
You can learn more about my Elimination Diet experience here. I highly suggest everyone learn about their food sensitivities. It’s amazing how even healthy foods can cause bloating and discomfort in different people. I’ve got some weird food sensitivities that I was not aware of, but now totally make sense.
