Valentine’s Day is this Wednesday. I usually prepare a special Valentine’s Dinner for my husband and son. Luckily, the meal I prepare mostly fits in with my 80 Day Obsession Meal Plan.
80 Day Obsession Phase 1
Phase 1 of 80 Day Obsession is complete! I’ve really enjoyed the workouts and timed nutrition. The 80 Day Obsession Meal Plan System I created has made meal planning simple. I’m starting to see some visible results and feel so much stronger.
I’m looking forward to Phase 2 and those Refeed Days with extra carbs!
Valentine’s Dinner
Restaurants are so crowded on Valentine’s Day. For that reason my husband and I started celebrating Valentine’s Day at home with a special dinner. Our Valentine’s Dinner menu has become somewhat of a tradition.
Luckily, with some small adjustments (wheat pasta instead of regular) our special dinner fits in my 80 Day Obsession Meal Plan, with the exception of the chocolate fondue. I’m sure a little chocolate will be ok!
