Okay, I’m not counting down to competition. More like countdown to vacation. But I am following the 21 Day Fix Countdown to Competition Eating Plan.
Countdown To Competition
The 21 Day Fix Countdown to Competition eating plan is basically carb cycling from what I understand carb cycling to be. You have two low carb days followed by one regular eating day. Oh how I look forward to eating fruit and carbs on the regular eating day.
I love carbs but I know how well carb cycling works. I’ve done it several times before vacation on various eating plans. However it’s usually only for one week. This is the first time I’m doing it for 21 days. I’m hoping it’s one of those things that gets easier the more you do it. Because to tell you the truth I really struggle on those low carb days. Eating all that protein is sometimes just too much for me.
