This week’s menu is based on the 2B Mindset nutrition program. We’re entering our 4th week of the program and I’m really enjoying just how easy it is to follow. Check out what is on this week’s menu.
One thing I’ve really enjoyed about following 2B Mindset is just how flexible it is. Want to add cheese to your meal? Go for it. Want to go back for a second helping? More sure!
After being an avid Portion Fix follower I was afraid to add in “accessories” like cheese and such. Not that you can’t have cheese on Portion Fix. You definitely can and the program tells you exactly how much to have. There’s no set amount with 2B Mindset and that’s where I felt a little lost. But I’m starting to relax a bit and give in to those extras.
I was also not a fan of the daily weigh-in, just because I didn’t think it was necessary. But now that I understand that it’s used to evaluate how the food you ate worked for your body, I don’t mind it at all. As an analytical person I actually find it interesting to see how different foods affect my body.
