Eat What You Like, Until You Don’t
I seem to be in a pattern of repeating the same snacks and lunches lately. I tend to really be into certain foods for a period of time, until I get sick of them. And I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. If you’ve found something that you really enjoy and it fits in your meal plan, I say eat what you like, until you don’t like it anymore.
There’s no point in making things harder on yourself by trying to come up with something new if you’re enjoying what you’re currently eating.
