We are back from vacation and I’ve decided to go back to 4 Week Gut Protocol. See why and check out what is on this week’s meal plan.

Post Vacation Meal Plan
We really enjoyed our trip to Kauai. We ate so many yummy things while we were there. But unfortunately some things, like the bigger than my plate banana, macadamia nut pancake with coconut syrup (no I did not eat the whole thing myself, we shared it) left me feeling a little poofy and bloated. Not to mention the 12 hour overnight trip home (we got home at 6:00am) and the five hour time zone adjustment. Our bodies are just a bit out of whack.
So I’ve decided to go back to 4 Week Gut Protocol to get us back on track and feeling good again. Planning our post vacation meals was easy because I just went to my 4WGP Archives, popped open a meal plan and made a few small changes.
