Gut Health Protocol
The 4 Week Gut Protocol is designed to promote overall gut health and help you find foods that may be causing digestive issues. The premise of the 4 Week Gut Protocol is simple: Isolate common foods that may cause food sensitivities or intolerances.
It’s almost like your very own science experiment using your body. Everyone reacts different to food. Even things that are considered to be healthy or “good for you” can affect some in a negative way.
For example, I have a food sensitivity to chia seeds. A very good for you food but for whatever reason, not so good for me. You can read more about my food sensitivity journey in my Elimination Diet Journal post.
