I’m happy to report that after just a few weeks of getting my nutrition back on track I’m already back within my normal weight range. This week’s meal plan starts with my 4 Week Gut Protocol Meal Plan A template, with a couple of extra yellow Bs due to meal requests from my family. Since I’m in maintenance I figure a few extra yellow Bs will be okay. Check out what is on this week’s meal plan.
