Yes, you read that correctly- monthly meal plan. Instead of creating a new meal plan post each week, I will now be posting a meal plan once a month. However, What’s Working Here subscribers will still get a new meal plan each week inside my weekly newsletter (be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already). Check out what is on this month’s meal plan.

4 Week Gut Protocol
This month’s meal plan follows The 4 Week Gut Protocol. The program is designed to promote overall gut health and help you find foods that may be causing digestive issues. The premise of the 4 Week Gut Protocol is simple: Isolate common foods that may cause food sensitivities or intolerances. It’s very similar to Portion Fix with a few tweaks.
You can read more about the 4 Week Gut Protocol program in my post: The 4 Week Gut Protocol
If you’re following the 4 Week Gut Protocol Program you may find my Gut Protocol Meal Planning Card System helpful. I’ve put together a system that makes meal planning easy and helps you add variety.
