Healthy Tuna Salad Wrap
I’ve been enjoying tuna salad made this way since I was a little girl. Carbs or no carbs, you choose. Mix up a batch of this tuna salad and wrap it up in a tortilla or lettuce leaves. It’s also delicious on wheat toast.
Be sure to choose tuna packed in water instead of oil to reduce calories.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup tuna
- 1/2 cup chopped apple
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles
- 1 tsp low fat mayo
- wheat tortilla or lettuce leaves
Instructions
Combine Ingredients & Mix
Container counts = 1 Red, 1/2 Purple, 1/2 Green & 1 tsp
