This Italian Turkey Meatloaf puts a healthy twist on classic meatloaf with lean ground turkey and Italian breadcrumbs. With only 4 ingredients, this dish comes together quickly. But do note it takes a while to cook and cool.
It’s the perfect Sunday meal prep dinner. While the meatloaf bakes in the oven you’ll have time to meal prep other meals and snacks for the week.
We usually pair Italian Turkey Meatloaf with a baked potato and green beans. It’s one of my husband’s favorite meals and my 9-year old even eats it!
