The countdown is on! We are one week away from our family beach vacation. Before we hit the beach we like to follow a carb cycling meal plan to drop any extra weight. So this week it’s a carb cycling weekly menu.

Carb Cycling Menu
If I can be honest with you I don’t really look forward to our carb cycling weekly menu. In fact it took me two days to put this menu together because I think I was trying to resist it so much. So why do I do it? Because it works! If you’re looking to shed a little water weight and extra flab carb cycling will get you the results you desire.

Meal Prep
You’ll notice I repeat all the same meals on carb cycling days. I do this because it makes meal prepping so much easier. I just make a big batch of each meal and portion it out. That way it’s ready to go the rest of the week and I don’t have to think about it. I can just heat and eat. Because on carb cycling days, even though you don’t eat any carbs or fruit, you still eat a large amount of food.
