Easy Meal Prep
When you think about meal prep you probably think about spending hours in the kitchen, tirelessly cooking, portioning out meals and creating a mess you’re too exhausted to deal with. But meal prep doesn’t have to be that way.
Meal prep can be as simple as washing & chopping up fruits & veggies so they’re ready to go for recipes or snacks. It’s the little things you do in advance to be prepared for healthy eating in the days or week ahead.
I’m hosting a Meal Prep group this month and I’d love for you to join me. I’ve seen the power of groups and felt it first hand. My goal for the group is to help people find their meal prep style and what works best for them. Each week we will have a different challenge that we’ll tackle together via Zoom on Sundays.
