645 Overview
645 is a strength and mobility training program by Beachbody Super Trainer Amoila Cesar. The 6 day a week, 45 minute a day, 13 week program will help you build power and lose weight without feeling sore or wiped out.
Much focus is given to properly warming up your muscles with each workout beginning with a total-body warm-up to activate and ready your muscles for the work to come.
This unique program is broken into 4 stages. Stages 1-3 are 4 weeks each. Stage 4 is one week. The goal of the program is to help you reach your peak in 13 weeks.
645 Workouts
Four days a week the focus is on strength training. Each workout has 7 moves that switch from heavier weights with low reps to lighter weights with higher reps.
Mid-week on Wednesdays the Mobility & Stability workout focuses on muscle activation, stretching and movement.
Saturday’s workout is Cardio 45, a high-energy cardio session with a focus on speed, agility and calorie burn.
Once a week on Sunday you get a rest day.

645 Equipment Needed
For 645 you’ll need light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, and Power Loops for most workouts.
The Power Loops resistance bands have a wider design and grippier texture that helps them stay in place. There are two levels of resistance- grey (lighter) & black (heavier).
A mat & foam roller are also recommended.
645 Nutrition

Who Is Amoila Cesar?
Amoila Cesar is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
He’s known for his upbeat personality, and for getting celebrities and professional athletes in seriously good shape.
He’s also the creator of 6 Weeks of THE WORK and 4 Weeks of THE PREP, two intense full-body fitness programs available on BODi.
He has his bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a minor in psychology from the University of Central Florida.
