Happy Mother’s Day! I’m celebrating Mother’s Day with a delicious brunch with my family and pizza for dinner prepared by my son. Starting Monday the goal is perfect nutrition for the next month until our trip to Hawaii.
If you Subscribe to the Blog you saw in last week’s newsletter I believe in asking for what you want. That’s why we will be celebrating Mother’s Day by enjoying brunch on the patio at Del Frisco’s. Our yummy brunch will be followed by my usual Sunday nap. Then, I originally planned on having my husband cook steaks for dinner. But, my son surprised me by telling me to get pizza & salad supplies at the store so he could make me dinner. How sweet is that?
After being off the 80 Day Obsession Eating Plan for the last month it’s time to buckle back down before our vacation. It’s crazy how much what you eat affects how you look and feel. We plan on doing a lot of hiking and other activities so I want to be in tip-top shape. And, who doesn’t want to look good in vacation photos.
