Since I completed 80 Day Obsession I’ve eased off my nutrition a little. And guess what, I actually find myself craving the healthy foods I was eating before. On this week’s menu I’m finishing up some more items in my freezer and dialing the nutrition back in on my snacks.
Craving Healthy Foods
I’ve eased up on my nutrition to hopefully reduce cravings for unhealthy foods when I dial things back in before our trip in June and just enjoy some of the things I haven’t had in the last 80 days. To be honest, when I go way off on my eating I feel pretty lousy. Which is probably why I am craving those healthy foods because they made me feel so good. It’s all a balancing act. I like to go by the 80/20 rule for the most part.
