After 80 Day Obsession
I love the results I got with 80 Day Obsession. I enjoyed the workouts and the eating plan. So what’s next? I plan to start the program over from phase 2 since the dates work out perfectly for the program to end when we leave for Hawaii in June.
I am going to ease up a little on the nutrition part during phase 2 and tighten back up during phase 3. Now, I’m not going way off plan. Just more of an 80/20 approach. You’ll still find healthy meals and snacks on the menu for the next month. I just won’t be using the 80 Day Obsession Meal template I made until I start Phase 3.
