In order to keep my Summer cooking simple I’ve given each day a theme based on a different cooking method. Check out my themes and what is on this week’s meal plan.

Summer Cooking Methods
For this week’s menu I assigned each day a different cooking method. Giving each day a theme makes meal planning so much easier. It narrows down your options.
Here are the cooking methods I chose to keep things simple this Summer:
- Grill
- Sheet Pan
- Air Fryer
- Instant Pot
- No Cook
I figure Sunday nights will be good for grilling. On Sundays I can also prep my sheet pan meals for Monday. Then Monday night all I have to do is pop the pan in the oven. The Air Fryer or Instant Pot are great tools for fast and easy cooking. I also added a “No Cook” night. Great options for no cook meals are salads & sandwiches.
