Is there anything better than a creamy, pasta salad? This Tuna Pasta Salad is gluten-free and gut healthy. It works well as a 4 Week Gut Protocol meal.
Gluten-Free Pasta
Chickpeas are the new cauliflower. There’s nothing they can’t become. They’ve made their way into some of my favorite gluten-free foods, like pasta. Chickpea pasta has the same texture as regular pasta and is full of protein. It comes in many different shapes and sizes.
Tuna Pasta Salad (Gluten-Free) Recipe
They’ll never know this creamy, tuna pasta salad is gluten-free and gut healthy. It works well for meal prep.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup canned tuna in water (drained)
- ½ cup cooked gluten free pasta
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup tomatoes
- 1 Cup spinach
- 1 tsp mayo
- Dash salt
- Dash pepper
Instructions
- Mix together Tuna, Mayo, Salt and Pepper.
- Top cooked Pasta with Tuna mixture.
- Stir in Carrots, Tomatoes and Spinach.
- Enjoy!
