It’s the unofficial end of Summer and the end of 80 Day Obsession for me. Check out what’s on this week’s menu and what workout program I’m tackling next.
End of Summer
Summer seems to have just flown by this year. And while I love Summer, I also love the change of seasons. I’m looking forward to the coziness of Fall. Cooler days, chili simmering on the stove and football on the tv.
We’re saying good-bye to Summer with one last lazy weekend by the pool, before soccer and flag football games control how we spend our time. I’ve put a favorite grill recipe on the menu- Grilled Peaches and Pork. It’s delicious and easy to make.
End of 80 Day Obsession
I’m also saying good-bye to the workout program I’ve been doing all Summer- 80 Day Obsession. It’s a great program and does a great job shaping your body, which made it the perfect Summer workout program. But, I can not wait to be done with hour long workouts.
This week I’m tackling the Peak Week workouts. I am not doing the Peak Week carb cycling meal plan. It’s great if you’re trying to get ready for an event or trip. I’ve got nothing coming up so I will just stick with the regular 80 Day Obsession eating plan.
Next Workout Program
According to the fitness plan I mapped out at the beginning of the year, I should be starting LIIFT4 again next. Except Beachbody keeps pumping out new programs so I’m changing things up.
I want to start Morning Meltdown 100 when it comes out for everyone on Beachbody On Demand in October. It’s currently available with VIP access. I’m not sure if I’m going to like it or not so I decided not to purchase the early access pass. Have you tried it yet?
I’ve got about 3 weeks to fill, so I’ve decided to do 21 Day Fix Real Time again. I’m looking forward to 30 minute workouts!
