Week one of LIIFT4 is in the books. So far so good. As Summer reaches it’s peak I’m finding myself yearning for more time by the pool. Which means less time in the kitchen. For this week’s menu I’ve chosen easy to make, healthy meals and snacks that fit into the LIIFT4 meal plan A.

And if you’re on LIIFT4 Meal Plan A just follow my weekly menus for meal and snack ideas. If you’re on a different meal plan you’ll just need to add some extra containers.
