We’ve finally made it to Summer! And that means no more crazy mornings so I’m changing up my workout and 80 Day Obsession meal times. I’ve also got some new recipes on this week’s menu.
80 Day Obsession Meal Times
Now that Summer is here I’m changing up my workout schedule a little. My mornings have become a little less hectic since I don’t have to deal with trying to get my son ready and to school on time. So, instead of working out during lunch I’m going to start working out in the morning. And since I’m still following 80 Day Obsession that means I need to move some meal times around.
Because early mornings aren’t my thing I’m going with the option to switch out my Pre-Workout meal with Meal 1 (Shakeology). I just moved the Pre-Workout meal to the end of the workout block, which is why you see Post then Pre workout meal. The Pre-Workout Meal ends up being my lunch so it works out perfectly.
New Summer Recipe
