This week we don’t have to eat dinner in the car between practices (see last week’s menu for those ideas) but we do still have soccer practice and a baseball game this week so I’m back to using my Instant Pot and Slow Cooker.
As I started making my grocery list I noticed a trend in this week’s menu. I must have been craving carbs when I made the menu because every meal has pasta. Oops! When I meal plan I usually try to have a meal with meat, one with chicken/turkey, and one with seafood to mix things up. I accomplished that this week but didn’t notice the pasta in every meal. Oh well, I won’t be complaining. One of the “noodles” are actually zucchini so that makes it a little bit better.
I’m trying out a new Chicken Pesto recipe I found on Pinterest for my Instant Pot from ABCs&GardenPeas. I enjoy trying new recipes and scrolling through Pinterest is a great way to find something new to try.
