I’ve seen a lot of requests lately for healthy meals to mix things up. Many times when people set out to eat healthy they pick a handful of recipes, like grilled chicken, and eat it over and over and over again. It’s easy to get burnt out on eating healthy meals if you are always eating the same thing.
Healthy Meals Variety
One thing you’ll usually find here each week is a variety of healthy meals. I can’t stand eating the same thing over and over again. To keep things interesting, I have a little Healthy Meal Planning System that helps me easily bring variety to my weekly menus. I use color coded index cards to pick a poultry, beef, and seafood based meal for the week. This helps me mix things up every week in my meal planning.
