I am so excited to start Shaun T’s newest workout program Transform: 20 this week! For the next six weeks I’ll be sharing my Transform: 20 Menu with you. Don’t worry, it’s just healthy food so you can still follow along even if you aren’t doing the program.

The VIP early bird release of Beachbody’s latest fitness program, Transform: 20, is finally here! I love working out with Shaun T and love that this program is only 20 minutes a day. It’s available on Beachbody on Demand. You can purchase the early bird access or wait till April when it releases for all Beachbody on Demand members. You can find out more about Transform: 20 HERE.
The meal plan for Transform: 20 should be very familiar if you’ve recently done other Beachbody programs like 21 Day Fix, 80 Day Obsession or LIIFT4. Much like those programs it uses the portion controlled color container system. I am on Eating Plan A. I’ll be sharing my Transform: 20 menu every week.
