For this week’s menu I chose lighter, healthier meals. My eating hasn’t been that great lately. It’s the eating I’ve been doing outside of the menu that’s the problem- chips, candy. The best way to prevent that is keeping the junk out of the house. Which for the most part we do but sometimes we indulge and buy the variety pack of chips.
Meal Planning with Pinterest
I do a lot of my meal planning with Pinterest. If I have an ingredient I want to use up, like rosemary, I will search for recipes with that ingredient. Or I may do a search for seasonal recipes. I always try to provide you with a link to the Pinterest recipes on the menu so you can enjoy them as well. The two recipes from last week’s menu that I tried out were delicious and so easy to make. I highly suggest trying the Slow Cooker Jambalaya from Spicy Southern Kitchen and Rosemary Chicken and Potatoes from McCormick.
