I’m excited to be cooking with Blue Apron again this week. I deactivated my account after giving it a try a few months ago (see my review here). The meals we received were delicious but a little time consuming to make. They still send me emails with upcoming menus and this week’s menu got my mouth watering so I decided to reactivate.
All the ingredients I need for Soy Glazed Chicken & Shrimp Etouffee will be arriving at my door soon. I immediately went in and canceled any future orders so I don’t get a shipment I don’t want. The rest of this week’s menu is pretty simple because I’ll be traveling for work. I picked easy meals dad can handle. I also picked snacks that easily travel. I’ve got to have my snacks š I also plan on packing my Shakeology to have for breakfast. Since I’m still subscribed to Beachbody On Demand I’ll be able to access my Core De Force workouts while I’m away. We’ll see how many I actually get done.
