I was so excited last week about cooking with Blue Apron I couldn’t wait to get my shipment. I kept checking the front porch all day Friday anxiously awaiting my box. Once night fell I grew a bit concerned. Why haven’t I gotten my Blue Apron package yet? It said it would be here by 8:00 pm at the latest. So I finally went back and double checked the ship date. Much to my disappointment I had the dates wrong.

Just another hot mess mom moment. We all have them. Luckily I hadn’t gone to the grocery store yet and since it was a gloomy, rainy weekend decided to add some chili to the menu last minute.

Since it’s Spring Break here and we plan on getting in the pool this week I’ve chosen meals from the Brazil Butt Lift 6-Day Slimdown Plan. It’s amazing how much what you eat affects how you look. If you don’t believe me try it yourself. Working out can only do so much. It’s always amazing to me that when I buckle down and focus on my eating, how much of a difference it really makes. When you eat better you also feel a lot better too.
