We’re starting Core De Force this week! I’m really excited to start this new program. I’ve heard so many good things about how fun & challenging the workouts are. Once we finish the program I’ll be sure to give you a full review.
Luckily the Core De Force eating plan follows the same portion system as the 21 Day Fix, with the exception of adding an extra portion in weeks 2 and 3. To make things easy I pulled up some old menus and worked from there to create this week’s meal plan.
I have both versions of the menu, the regular version and the other is a spreadsheet I found on Fancy House Road you can use to tally up your containers. The spreadsheet makes menu planning for the 21 Day Fix so much easier.
