Happy New Year! Since I was a kid my family has gone out to eat for lunch on New Year’s Day at the Black Eyed Pea where we’d kick-off the new year with black eyed peas for luck and cabbage for wealth. Unfortunately, after all these years they’ve closed down. Not sure where we will end up for lunch but just in case I bought some black eyed peas and cabbage to have for dinner.
I got an Instant Pot for Christmas and can’t wait to try it out! I’m going to start with the Pressure Cooker Mongolian Beef from Pressure Cooking Today. Fingers crossed I don’t blow up the house.
