This week we’re getting ready for a trip to Vegas for my company’s annual user conference so I’ve put together a healthy menu with one exception.
My son has been requesting his favorite tacos so I put them on the menu this week. We use the Old El Paso Taco Dinner Kit. It’s the same way my mom made tacos when I was a kid with refried beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream and black olives.
I like to ask my son and husband for their input on the menu, especially when I feel like we are in a menu rut.
After we indulge in tacos, we seriously have a problem controlling how many we eat – they are SO good, we will be following part of the Brazil Butt Lift 6 Day Slim Down. I bought a new dress for my conference in Vegas that isn’t very forgiving. Which is why I also bought my 1st pair of Spanx 🙂
