I love each season because of the unique qualities they hold. Fall brings thoughts of crisp air, the smell of leaves burning, warm cozy sweaters, and pumpkin everything. I like to celebrate the change of each new season. For fall that means breaking out the Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin candles and lotion, pumpkin decor and making pumpkin pie from scratch.
I created this centerpiece by cutting the top off a foam craft pumpkin, inserting a vase and filling with flowers.
I put the pumpkin in my fruit basket and placed the fruit around it.
This pic is from a couple of years ago.
I told B it was the first day of fall and he said that means we have to make pumpkin pie, from a real pumpkin.
It’s a lot easier than I thought it would be.
I got this recipe from the pumpkin we bought and have used it ever since.
